What is a best business to start in India for a NRI?? Any suggestions.. I heard buying land and then selling it later is a good one or maybe build a property and then sell it..

Well the property business you're talking about is good but it is capital-intensive and high risk.Instead start an estate agency which is a better,safer and cheaper alternative.
